Terms and Refund Policy

These terms apply to all sessions and services booked through Hawley Rugby. By booking a session you agree to these terms. Questions? Email hello@hawleyrugby.com.
Refunds
Sessions are not refundable. If you decide not to attend, the session fee is not returned. If you need to cancel, please reschedule rather than cancel wherever possible — instructions are in your booking confirmation email.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule any session up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time using the link in your confirmation email. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. There is no additional charge to reschedule within the 24-hour window.
Weather and field conditions (in-person sessions)
Light rain is rugby weather and sessions run as scheduled unless conditions become unsafe. If Hawley Rugby determines that weather or field conditions make a session unsafe to hold, we will cancel and reschedule the session at no charge to you. You will receive a link to pick a new time.
Minors (in-person sessions)
For any in-person session involving a player under 18, a parent or guardian must be present on site for the full duration of the session. Hawley Rugby reserves the right to decline to begin or to end a session early if this requirement is not met.
Recruiting Package — payment schedule
The Recruiting Package ($4,500) is paid in two halves. The first half is due at the time of booking the kickoff session. The second half is due at the midpoint session. Work on the package will not continue past the midpoint without receipt of the second payment.
No guarantee of outcomes
Hawley Rugby provides mentoring, skills coaching, and recruiting guidance. We do not guarantee admission to any college program, a roster spot, or any scholarship. Recruiting decisions are made solely by the college or university programs.
Conduct
We expect all players, parents, and participants to treat each other and Colin with respect. Hawley Rugby reserves the right to end a session or terminate a working relationship without refund in the event of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page.
