Hawley Rugby is a solo business run by Colin Hawley. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. If you have questions, email us at hello@hawleyrugby.com.
What we collect
We collect personal information only in two ways:
- Guide signup form: When you request the free College Rugby Player Guide, we collect your first name, email address, your role (player, parent, or coach), and optionally your graduation year.
- Session bookings: When you book a session through Cal.com, booking details including your name, email address, and any notes you provide are handled by Cal.com under their privacy policy. We receive the booking information so we can run the session.
We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising cookies, or analytics services that collect identifiable personal data.
How we use your information
- To send you the guide you requested.
- To send occasional recruiting tips and updates by email (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To prepare for and run your booked sessions.
- To respond to your messages and questions.
Payments
Card payments for sessions are processed securely by Stripe. We never see, receive, or store your card number or any other payment credentials. All payment data is handled entirely by Stripe under their own privacy and security policies.
Email list
Our mailing list runs on Kit (formerly ConvertKit). When you sign up for the guide, your name, email, and other form details are stored in Kit. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each message, and your data will be removed from our list.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We share data only with the tools needed to run our business — Cal.com for bookings, Stripe for payments, and Kit for email — and only to the extent necessary for those services to function.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as we have an active relationship with you or as required by law. If you would like us to delete your information, email hello@hawleyrugby.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children's privacy
The guide signup form is intended for players 13 and older and for parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian must complete any form on behalf of a player under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
